Tender grilled sirloin steak in a savory Asian influenced sauce.
Served with green pea brown rice and grated carrots.

-Pasta with Lentils and Spinach–
Whole wheat penne pasta tossed in light tomato lentil bean and spinach sauce.

-Lemon Parsley Pork Chops-
These flavorful pork chops made deliciously with fresh lemon zest & parsley. Served with lemon infused brown rice and thyme green beans.

-Cod with Leeks and Tomatoes-
This light but mildly flavored fish is paired with leeks and juicy cherry tomato sauce.
Served with whole wheat couscous. 

-Chicken Apricot Curry-
A mildly spiced curry is paired nicely with apricots and red sweet bell peppers.
Served with whole wheat egg noodles.
