Charlene’s Cuisine offers one-on-one grocery store nutrition tours customized to what you want to learn.  The service includes instruction on how to properly read and understand labels, what to look for when buying meats and produce, and interesting facts about dairy and grains. You will be provided with a pamphlet so you can keep track of relevant information during the tour, and Charlene’s Cuisine will also give you a number of useful pamphlets, recipe cards and booklets on the subject of nutrition free of charge.
